Rhys Hayes is a dramaturg and creative consultant with over a decade of experience across literary management, programming, artist representation and new writing development. His work includes programming Riverside Studios’ Bitesize Festival, running the ETPEP Award, scouting international work, and providing dramaturgical support to writers. He has also led workshops with London Playwrights’ Blog and read for the Bruntwood Prize and Bill Kenwright Productions.
